Notes:
Today was the first day I tested my back out under a moderate load and intensity. Surprisingly, it went very well. I notched my belt tight and wore it a little higher than normal, just to be safe.
Going into the session I didn't think I was going to be able to move 60%. Just goes to show you what a little variance in training can do. I say that only because I'm quite bad at adding variation to my weekly regiment. Typically I get on my ticket to the heavy train and I never look back. However, this back injury has gone to show me that variance is absolutely necessary and I need to keep it in mind when I program.
