Bulgarian Split Squat + DB Farmer Carries and Bridges

Afternoon
A.) 3x15 DB Bulgarian split squat - superset with 120ft DB Farmer carry - rest 2-3min b/t rounds
B.) :30/:25/:20/:15/:10/:05 Weighted Bridge - 7/6/5/4/3/2 DB Pull over situp

Results
A.) UB/UB/UB @ 65lbs/120lbs per hand
B.) 50lbs

Notes:
Very good intermediate day today. Mike begged me for farmer carries, and even though I did a lot of grip and trap work yesterday, I digressed. Considering how smashed my grip is the session went really well and we're both better for it.

The secret killer in this whole thing was the split squats. God dang every time I do those things they light my quads up like no one's business.
