Notes:
Lots of pressing today, especially bench and push ups. This morning was really good (aside from sean breaking his toe, but i'll get to that). Managed to move more weight than I have in the past on the hypertrophy sets of bench and managed to get in some great gymnastics work. Unfortunately, it was during the KB snatches that Sean dropped the 2pd on his foot. He'll be working a lot of upper body for the next few weeks.
Rowing was great. Ran a master clock that stopped at 1:30 on the dot and restarted once we were back on the rower. Sean didn't last because of his toe, I didn't blame him.
Lastly, the afternoon session was about what I expected. I wanted to focus on stretching and extending the pectoral much more than normal since we've been so deltoid heavy in recent workouts. Mike suggested face pulls and I already had that planned. Very good input, he's learning.
