Fat Bar Pull Ups + Incline Row and Back Extensions

B.) 25 Wide grip curl grip pull ups

D.) 3x10 1 arm body row
D.) 3x10 Back extensions

Results
A.) 10 sets
B.) 9 sets - 20lbs vest
C.) UB - 20lbs vest
D.) UB - 20lbs vest
E.) Green band - 20lbs vest

Notes:
First morning outside of the gym. Woke up around 5am and got to the park at 5:30am.

Given the limitation on equipment, my movements were boiled down to pull ups, rows, and extensions. Boy was that enough. The secret killer of this entire session was the 1 arm body row. I've seen guys like Kali Muscle doing this kind of stuff in the park and I always thought it was ridiculous. I admit I was wrong. Very, very wrong. The backs of my shoulders and traps were on fire by the time I finished. Looking forward to adding that movement to the repertoire in the future.
