Notes:
Second day outside of DCF. I focused on shoulders, particularly the overhead position and correcting my 'rib flare' position. I kept my hand on my belly to remind myself to keep my core tight and contracted while I pressed overhead. This is the best this position has felt in a really long time. I'm looking foreward to correcting my biggest (and favorite lift): the squat.
