Notes:
Ugh. I woke up late (although, I think I needed the sleep) but I still managed to get to the park and get some work in. Again, this doesn't look like much but the dips absolutely wrecked me. I stayed strict and worked from the zero position at the start of every rep. Keeping disciplined under duress has gotten me closer to failure in a shorter amount of time than repping out. Which, I still did at the end.
