Again, I know this doesn't look like much, but this is another 'no gym' workout that has my legs aching. I'm not entirely sure what in the seven hells is the deal with those Bulgarian split squats but they kill my legs. My glutes are lit.
I haven't managed to hit my thighs very effectively in the last couple weeks so I decided doing the Klokov bunny hop workout (he used 60kg's overhead, I used a 20lbs weighted vest and kept my arms behind my head) sounded like an effective way to do that. Tried to keep my position from extending to 100% to help with hypertrophy.
