Parking Lot Lunge + Deadlifts and Vehicle Pushes

Morning
A.) 120m Lunge
B.) 3x15 DB Stiff legged deadlift
C.) 5 vehicle push forward - 5 vehicle push backwards
D.) 3x15 Single leg cable hamstring curl

Results
A.) Comp @ 120lbs
B.) 100lbs
C.) Comp @ Rav 4 ~ 30m each
D.) 10

Notes:
Boy today was a total poop show. Managed to do the Ronnie Coleman parking lot lunge with a weighted vest and two 50lbs dumbbells. Sweet workout, but also no joke. I've done long lunges before (200-400m) but never with weight. This was rough, to say the least.

Everything else was business as usual. Although, the one surprise was the vehicle push. I expected that to be MUCH harder.
