Arnold Press + Shoulder Flies and Shoulder Burnout

A.) Shoulder rotation

Work
A.) 3x10 Behind the neck Arnold press
B.) 3x15 DB shoulder fly
C.) 3x15 DB Bent over high pull
D.) 2x20 DB Hammer shoulder raise

Results
A.) 50lbs
B.) 20lbs
C.) 30lbs
D.) 20lbs

Notes:
I took almost no rest in between sets or exercises. I hit failure on the Arnold press one rep from the end, rested about :15, and went back to it.

Overall a good shoulder session, not the extended session I would optimally like to get in, but its pretty good for 30min.
