Notes:
Getting my chest to actually feel sore is difficult, which is why I do all sorts of very specific work at high intensity. The 7's are now a standard for me in my training. Not only does it allow me to get quality work in, but I also get a mean cardio burn from it. I haven't felt something like this since my days doing CrossFit. Speaking of, the last section of this session is very metcon-ish and felt fantastic.
