Sandbag Squat + Sandbag Deadlifts with Weighted Vest

Morning

Warm up
A.) Squat mobility
B.) 1x10 air squats + weighted vest
C.) 5 Sandbag power clean attempts

Work
A.) 3x15 Squats w/weighted vest + sandbag
B.) 3x15 Deadlifts w/weighted vest + sandbag

Results
A.) UB @ 180lbs
B.) UB @ 180lbs

Notes:
Still taking it a bit easy getting back into the groove of things. Managed to do some heavier work today at an increased rep range. Didn't hurt my back much although I could feel my form was a little bit off. That's going to take sometime but I'm confident it will return.

Deadlifts were remarkably the stronger of the two lifts. I felt good, had lots of wind, and moved very quickly through the sets.

Power cleaning a 160lbs sandbag is nuts. I look forward to more.
