A.) 3x10 Push ups AFAP - superset w/ME DB bench press @ 50%
B.) 3x10 DB fly - superset w/10 wide push ups
C.) 3xME Dips @ 1515 - superset w/ME planche push ups
D.) 3x Last man standing - push ups
E.) 3x15 Cable cross

B.) 35lbs - UB

Notes:
Great session. Managed to get everything in during our 45min session. This was a day that I've been looking forward to for a long time. Most o the time I haven't had the drive or energy to plow through a bunch of press reps all in the same session, but here we are!
