Notes:
I was ready for a big, focused leg day and I got it. I was trying to thrash my quads as much as possible, so I made sure the pause squats were all done in an 'athletic' or 'bodybuilding' stance. Felt good and my mid-back responded to the new foot position well.

The only monkey wrench I threw in to the mix was the step up. I rarely EVER do these and now I'm starting to wonder why. This was a great movement to add explosiveness to my athletic stance squat.
