Notes:
I'm a really big fan of working the entire body with my workouts. However, going back and doing a hypertrophy/lifting phase is something that I'll do semi-often moving forward.

The snatches were fine although, I think I need a bit of coaching on my extension before the turnover. I could feel the bar not traveling all the way into my hips before extending.
