Notes:
Good cardio day. Felt some lung burn on the runs as they became faster and faster. I had a fourth round in me but cut it short based on yesterday's volume.
Was very pleased with my lung capacity during the run. Once again, I attribute this increased capacity to the underwater swimming I've been doing.
