Ow. This was sneaky.
I felt a little crunchy/gross on the stiff-legged deadliest, but I knew I had to do them to warm me up for the lunges and carries. Lunges were fine, although I can tell my butt is going to be sore later.
The real hitch in this session was the front rack carries. I was able to make it further in the front rack position because (I'm guessing) it doesn't require pure grip strength. I was able to take a significant load off by resting the dumbbell head on my shoulder while I walked.
The leg levers were much worse today than they had been last week. I blame the front rack carries. Happy Memorial Day!
