Notes:
Okay, this is getting out of hand. Not does this workout show that I have now done last year's 1RM for a x3, but it indicates that my 1RM is much higher than 435lbs.
The last set felt fast, aggressive, and very structured. I was assured by my hawk-eyed wife that my hip crease was well below parallel and each lift looked very good.
Very pleased with the results of compound testing in the last seven days: 3 attempts = 3 PR's.
