Notes:
Icing on the cake for the week. Not too hard of a session but enough to make my shoulders a little sore the next day. Worst part were the dips.
Surprisingly the chain ads a LOT of resistance but the explosive training I've been doing lately has really been paying off for some of my heavier auxiliary lifts.
