Sandbag Carry + Auxiliary

Evening
A.) Walk 800m w/100lbs sandbag (if bag is dropped during walk, do 100 burpees)
B.) 2x10 GHR

Results
A.) 11:52 UB (thank god)
B.) Comp

Notes:
I can tell you one thing, if you want to make damn sure you go unbroken on something, make the penalty 100 burpees. I was dying at the end of the walk (and you better damn well make sure you're walking and not jogging).

My trips, biceps, and shoulders were screaming at the end. I didn't think it would be that much of an issue but oooooooh boy was I wrong.

This was another 'got to the gym late' night so I had to come up with a carry that wouldn't take very long and was easy to improvise. I would have put 150lbs on but DCF's weighted vests are currently at their Alamo location.
