Ow. I'm wrecked everywhere.
I've decided to go back to the 2 days of rest/week layout. I just feel like I'm getting my arse kicked every week. However, the backsquats were very light and very fast. Although Amy did point out that I have a tendency of skirting the line between proper depth and parallel.
