Its been a long time since I tried going for a 1RM on anything. I felt it was about time to re-test the shoulder press given all of them strongman overhead work we've been doing in previous months.
Well, turns out, that it all paid off. I've put on some mass (which makes the % of gain on the lift less impressive), however, its a PR nonetheless. This session was the product of a LONG journey with the shoulder press.
