Notes:
Talk about consistency. I thought a few of section B were going to be much faster. Did this workout with my nephew and he had a really good time. I would recommend not taking your rest breaks to explain fitness to a 17-year-old. It leaves you seriously out of break.
I was very pleased that all laps were done UB. My cardio is very really good these days even though I haven't hit up too many CrossFit.
Note: All of these laps were done with heavy push offs the wall. Normally I wouldn't push off much but I really wanted these to be intense sprints.
