Notes:
Fun day. We spent sometime at a community pool and water park which afforded us the opportunity to get some lap swims in. Felt really good to get in the pool for some conditioning work.
After the pool, we took a stroll through a local park which had an awesome variety of pull up opportunities. I couldn't help myself.
After getting home, I decided I wasn't quite finished and thought it would be fun to scare some of our neighbors by bear crawling up and down the stairwell. Unfortunately, everyone seemed to use the stairwell after I had finished. Lame.
