Sandbag Carries + Heavy Prowler Intervals

Morning
A.) FT 2x400m Sandbag bear hug walk @ 100lbs - rest 3min b/t
B.) FT 5x70ft prowler pull backward/70ft prowler push forward (low bar) @ BW + 50% + prowler weight - rest 5min b/t

Results
A.) 5:45/5:35
B.) 3:44/3:22/3:15/3:10/2:59 @ 455lbs (250lbs + 125lbs + 80lbs)

Notes:
Oh sleds, I've missed you so very much. I never thought I would be able to see you ever again. Then again, I don't think I missed you that much.

My quads felt like they were going to fall off on the 2nd round. This is something I haven't felt in a long time and now come to dread. I think sleds and carries will be the determining factor in my ability to reach a 500lbs+ backsquat.
