Notes:
Pause squats crushed me. My quads and hip flexors are toast from the previous sessions' bear crawls. Doing butt-to-grass back squats have only compounded the tiredness/soreness. Although, these sessions have been really helpful in developing a stronger squat.
Auxiliary movements have been very helpful. Really like the med ball drops.
