Log Shoulder Press + Auxiliary

B.) 3x10 Good mornings @ 135
C.) 4x10-12+ Banded Push downs

Notes:
Great session for pressing. The log is always a challenge due to the lack of punch you're able to give in the first 25% of the movement. Still managed to get 85% + on the lift with relative ease. Began struggling with the final two reps on the last of the 175lbs sets.

Threw some good mornings in because I have worked my posterior chain throughout my rest week (actually I was sick, but whatever) and the banded push downs were a welcome alternative to my press auxiliary repertoire.
