A.) Heavy Rope - 100 UB singles - rest :30 - 30 UB DU's
B.) 3x300ft Bear crawls (slow & butt low ME/attempt - record breaks)
C.) 2x10 Preacher curls @ 35lbs

Notes:
It doesn't look like much but I was suffering from some post-atlas stone fatigue and it really showed. I improved throughout the workout but my legs/traps were toast.

Good stuff, nothing really to report.
