Notes:
Very happy with the improvement on bench press even though I haven't trained bench since arriving in California (~8months).

Pull downs were utterly horrible which is why I love them. Easily one of the best explosive abdominal exercises I've ever done...besides the banded punches. Talk about challenging your core, balance, and power.

Chin ups were business as usual. My biceps were tore up afterwards.
