Great session. Really pleased with the efforts on the front squat. Its really nice to know that all of the banded backsquat work I've been doing has been helping my front squat as well.
I had both Amy and Mark's eyes on me the whole time and I was assured the only form-fault I suffered was on the very last rep of the last set. Very minor fault, a slight tipping forward of the core due to slightly dipped elbows.
The auxiliary was business as usual.
