Notes:
Sandbag carries were fine. Felt like I could jump through the ceiling after crossing the finish line and taking the bag/vest off.
Prowler. Oh. My. Goodness. I never though I would perform a movement which was so absurdly destructive to my legs, yet would not leave me sore. Both Amy and I were absolutely crushed by this workout. Perfect.
Back extensions were implemented to balance out the quad dominant ass-kicking we received.
