Buddy Carries + Auxiliary

Evening
A.) 3xME Buddy carry @ 80% BW/normal walking pace
B.) 3x10 Bar dips @ 11x0

Results
A.) 250m/260m/262m
B.) Comp UB

Notes:
This session was very simple and very effective. I used my next door neighbor for a weight (she's 200lbs and a super good sport about working out with me) and made it a fair distance.

The hardest thing about buddy carries with a pre-determined speed is trying to maintain that speed when you're tired. I caught Alyvia a few times speed up her stride the closer she got to the finish line.

Additionally, Alyvia has some big-ass/strong legs so I wasn't able to interlace my fingers on a backpack style buddy carry. I ended up wrapping my fingers in my shirt for additional grip support. Didn't help much.

The bar dips were easier thanks to some of the band training I've been doing.
