Conjugate System Backsquats + Auxiliary

Evening
A.) EMOM x 2 Backsquat w/green bands @ 60%
B.) Dead hang pull up waves w/chain on rope 5/5/5 - 5/5/5
C.) 3x10 Good mornings @ 155lbs

Results
A.) Comp @ 275lbs
B.) Comp - 100lbs chain - 50lbs chain - no chain (for both sets)
C.) Comp UB/UB/UB

Notes:
This session is the very definition of simplicity = effectiveness.

The banded backsquats were much faster than they have been in the past. I attribute this to complimentary exercises and increased rest periods between squat days. I am very pleased.

Dead hang pull ups on short ropes with chains were exactly what I thought they were be. The chains added an increasing degree of difficulty while the short ropes taxed my grip. I didn't accomplish all five reps unbroken on either set wearing the 100lbs chain (3/2 usually).

Good mornings were the silent killer of the whole session. I'm typing this the morning after and my hamstrings are lit up. However, I must point out, due to my increased attention to the posterior chain this lift doesn't make me as sore as it used to.
