Notes:
Great session. Felt VERY fast on the sprints but no way to know due to no timer. I was just happy I could do sprints without my hamstrings or achilles acting up!
The auxiliary work was really great. Bar dips were all UB even with a high tension band and minimal rest between sets. Dragon flags were a whole different story, those are stupid tough. However, I did much better than I thought I was going to.
