Notes:
Ha, this was hard. Alyvia, once again, was a good sport and let me carry her around the parking lot again. She was very encouraging when I kept saying 'ugh, I don't want to do this' or *insert beastly grunting noise implying close to failure*.

The carries were very difficult (just as I intended them to be) and have been an excellent compliment to Wednesday's squat training. I have felt more explosive and the barbell weight has been feeling lighter and lighter.

Dips/pushup combo was very effective and yielding encouraging results. Even with the limited rest between sets my bar dips improved by 2 reps on the first effort, 2 on the second, and 3 on the third. As per CT Fletcher's advice I 'over-trained' and have found the results very encouraging.

GHR's are getting easier, I can almost lower myself all the way to the ground without breaking tension. I know this is merely the assisted version, but it is a step closer to being able to strictly lift myself OFF the ground.
