Notes:
Was feeling a little beat up from the week so I decided to focus primarily on weighted carries and drags. Normally I focus on blow out sets of the prowler but I just didn't have it today. But, that doesn't mean that I can't get something done.
Basically I spent the entire session walking around with a lot of weight strapped on me. The bear hugs killed my back, the one-shoulder carries killed my traps, and the sled pull annihilated my posterior chain.
Very simple and successful training session.
