Shoulder Press (PR) + Fighter Auxiliary

B.) 2x10 1 arm DB press AFAP
C.) 5x15 Med ball drop w/partner @ 30lbs
D.) 3x10 Overhand punches w/green band

C.) Comp (last round went to 20)

This session may not look like much but I got my work in. Very happy with the shoulder press PR, I never thought there would be a day where I was able to press 185lbs for a triple (and not too hard of a trouble either). I'm looking forward to the day where I can at least press 225lbs.

The auxiliary movements were a combination of speed press work and fighter training for the core. I enjoyed both, but not as much as I think Josh enjoyed dribbling a med ball off of my stomach. Checking my tummy out this morning in the bathroom mirror, I discovered a fist sized bruise! :D
