Morning

B.) 3x70ft Prowler push and long rope pull @ 330lbs/100%
C.) 3x15 GHD situp to parallel w/25lbs plate
D.) 3x10 Explosive banded push ups (double band across the back w/blue band)

Results
A.) Comp (5 drops)
B.) Comp (none timed, but went all out)
C.) Comp UB
D.) Comp UB

Notes:
Ow. This was hard. Really hard.

Amy had to shed weight each round of prowler work and I was dead on my back afterwards. So, I guess very effective conditioning day.

Yoke carry was easier than I thought it was going to be. I think there is a HUGE difference in exposure between the yoke, med ball, and sandbag. (For some reason the sandbag was the worst.)

Auxiliary movements went as expected, although, the double banded push ups were hard. That was probably the secret killer of this entire session.
