This was a fairly good day to stay active after Tuesday. I really enjoy this session. It allowed me to veg out a little bit and not worry about anything.
I also wore a thermal designed for 30 degrees throughout this entire session in 90 degree heat. Don't worry, I drank a LOT of water.
