Good day. Really good day. Woke up early and decided to get some dumbbell bench in before starting the morning commute.
I'm very fond of spreading my workout throughout the day. I felt like I was able to get a lot of quality auxiliary work in without burning out before the big lift at the end of the day.
The deadlifts moved fast but I felt two or three of them were a little junky: extending the hips before the pull, rounding back, etc). All in all, the bar still moved quick.
