Morning/Lunch
A.) 10-15 strict push ups w/alt hand touch at varying intervals

A.) 3x3 Shoulder press adding 5-10lbs/attempt
B.) 3x10 Good mornings @ 185lbs
C.) 30 Strict pull ups on rope

Notes:
Another good day of multiple volume. I'm very happy with where training is going thus far. 185lbs is my previous 3 rep PR on shoulder press and I was able to put it up with a decent amount of effort. I believe my press ceiling is getting higher and higher the more I stick with this style of training. Far more than it ever was doing metcons five-out-of-seven days a week.

Surprised 185lbs good morning wasn't more challenging. I would have thought It would have given me a harder time. Surprisingly, my legs aren't sore.

Threw some pull ups in at the end because I haven't done them in forever. Felt good.
