Backsquat + Auxiliary

Morning/Lunch
A.) 10x2 Backsquat up to 90%+
B.) 15/10/5 Ring push ups at 2" deficit
C.) Bar muscle up practice
D.) Crab walk/Bear crawl races (this is not a joke)

Results
A.) 185/225/255/300/315/335/355/375/405/415
B.) Comp UB
C.) Comp (got 2)
D.) Crab walk winner: Amy - Bear crawl winner: Me

Notes:
Its good to know that when I'm feeling stiff, crunchy, and super tired that I can still backsquat 415 for a x2. Both Amy and I were so beat from the weak that we decided to work on some gymnastics skills and then have a few playground-style races.

Was really happy to find out that I can still do bar muscle ups (and rings) at 250lbs. Although, I've been kicking around the idea of trying to drop 20lbs+ to see how ripped I can get. Just worried that a drop like that will effect my strength (which I'm certain it would)...

All in all a fun day.
