Nice session. Amy and I were feeling a little blitzed from the week so we decided to just do some carries and call it good.
I managed to get in some jumping practice before we left, which was nice, but w were both too tired to do anything else.
Its official: I've hit my target weight to begin cutting. I'm very excited to have an altered diet and begin metcon training again 2x/week. I hope I can get shredded in about 3-6 months.
