Notes:
Okay. So today basically told me the whole 'planned' lifting days isn't really my thing. My squat has been going up since we started the standardized training method, but quite frankly I'm feeling dog-arse tired.

With the CFF event coming up in the next two weeks I'll probably ratchet down a little bit after next week.
