Notes:
Great deadlift session. Came into the session focused, and determined. I might be a sumo-deadlift convert because my back didn't round and I was still able to move the weights very well.
This is the first session where I haven't tried to over do any of my weights. I kept to a very specific set of percentages and I feel much better.
Dips were done just because, my chest is super killing me from Sunday's conditioning.
