Afternoon
A.) 2 mile hike with extended elevation gain at moderate difficulty.

Notes:
A good session of bodybuilding work for the upper body. Already feeling sore from the squats yesterday and loving it. The banded squats are probably the best movement we do on this regiment. We continue to push gains and get stronger with each session.
Tossed in some traditional cable cross and sit-ups. Intended on doing some dips until failure but my shoulders were so toasted from the DB press that I thought it was a good idea to call it.
The hike was a nice way to just get out and enjoy the world with my Jane and Amy. I think we're going to make this a regular occurrence in our training and life.
