Bench Press + Auxiliary

Morning
A.) 5x5 Bench press - 10 COVP pull ups - rest 3min b/t
B.) 4x10 Dips - Butterfly situps - rest 2min b/t

Results
A.) 225/225/225/225/225 (all pull ups UB)
B.) Comp (all sets UB)

Notes:
All arms, all the time. Was feeling toast yesterday from the workout and not sleeping so I treated today as a super set day!

I remember doing 'Lynne' while I was heavily into CrossFit and that workout left me blown up for days. Today, I decided to basically do a smaller version of Lynne (mainly because I didn't have a spotter for the bench press). The results were strikingly similar even with the reduced rep load. This is probably attributed to me being out of CrossFit shape.

Dips and situps weren't anything new. The reps on the dip bar became difficult around the 6-10 range on the lat two sets and the situps were...you know, whatever.
