Great session. Managed to hit the deadlifts exactly how I wanted (came up a little shy on weight because of my 5am math). The lighter weight moved well and I didn't feel spent going into the auxiliary work.
The reps of reverse hyper and in the frequency which I include ballistic abdominal movements will both be increasing from here on out. The two areas I have always had trouble with are my low back and abdomen. It is time for those two problem areas to become strengths.
The conditioning went well. The airdyne is forever the nemesis of all athletes, but that doesn't mean it doesn't do its job. My quads feel good and toasted. Side note: the first round of farmer carries after the airdyne probably made me look like a new born baby camel. Lots of instability.
