Notes:
Ugh. Definitely a typical 'day 3' kind of training session. Showed up, didn't have the pop/spark that I normally do, but still executed. Glad I showed up, just need to hog out for the rest of today to get my energy up.

The refocus on my lower back/traction has been a blessing. I'm waking up with less and less lower back tightness in the last few days.

Decided to end the three day cycle with rowing intervals (ala OPT). Conditioning is tough business after you've done a lot of heavy zercher yoke carries.
