Wow. Those farmer carries were rough business.
I needed to watch my back a little bit, but I felt good so I decided to get after it. Funny, getting the weights off of the ground is the worst part. Also my grip on my left hand is just a little weaker than my right, which, I suppose is to be expected
Decided to focus on reverse hypers for my auxiliary. The reason? Well, I'm hoping to continue to nurse my back injury. So far, so good.
Metcon was good. Nothing to report.
