Notes:
I didn't really want to lift today and all of the metcons that I have been doing in recent memory have been short. So, today's programming pretty much wrote itself.
I'm a big fan of the rower and I really didn't feel like running (not enough sleep the previous night) so I pushed for a 20min time domain (again, really didn't want to). All reluctance to workout aside, this was effective. I was able to perform two explosive movement back to back for 20min without much issue.
Also, I'm down 12lbs since last week Monday and I haven't felt weak.
